Cancellation fee:

If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We require 48 hours to cancel without incurring charges. A $50 fee will be added to your file if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment more than once with less than 48 hours to go, 50% of the missed appointment will be added to your file and must be paid before scheduling another appointment.

Late Fee:

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notification. You will be charged $30 if you arrive late more than once.

No Show Fee:

If you fail to show up for your appointment, and have not cancelled, the full cost of your no showed appointment will be required to be paid prior to booking another appointment.

Colour Appointment Deposits:

There will be a mandatory $15 non-refundable deposit for colour appointments under $100, and a $50 non-refundable deposit for colour appointments which are $100+ required to secure your spot when booking your colour appointments. Deposit must be paid within the hour that the appointment is booked. 

At the end of your service, the deposit will be subtracted from your final bill upon request or carried forward to secure your next colour appointment. Within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule once if needed within the same month and the deposit will remain valid. If by any chance you are to reschedule more than once, the deposit must be repaid in full.

Reschedule Fee:

To respect the time of the stylist, a minimum of 48 hours notice is necessary if you need to reschedule an appointment. We realize that life happens, but if you are aware you will need to reschedule, please do so a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is not rescheduled in a timely manner, a $50 charge will be imposed to your file, which must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Colour Appointment Prep:

Prior to arriving to your colour appointment please make sure to come with clean, dry hair. If the scalp has a significant amount of oil or build up there will be an additional wash and blowout charge added to your service. When the hair is dirty, or has a build up of natural or applied oils, it makes it difficult for the hair colour, or lightener to fully penetrate the hair and do its job. If you are arriving to your appointment with hair which has build up or oil, you will not be assured accurate results, and there will be no complimentary touch up appointment if you are unsatisfied with your hair. The stylist also has the right to refuse to proceed with the colour appointment if you arrive with dirty hair and refuse the wash and blowout prior to the colour service plus the extra charge.
